Walking Trail of
Ballykissangel
Walk around this historical village of Avoca or
Ballykissangel with our local guide. Have lunch and a
drink of Guinness in Fitzgerald’s Pub and a tour of the
oldest mill in Ireland, the Avoca Handweavers.
Vale of Avoca Walking Tour
This guided tour to 1000 ft starts and ends at the
famous Fitzgerald’s Pub in Avoca, Co Wicklow. The 3 hour
hike across the Vale of Avoca and its great mining
history and mottee stone and ending with lunch and a
tour of the oldest mill in Ireland, the Avoca
Handweavers.
Laragh to The Meetings, Avoca Walking Tour
This four hour guided walking tour through the Vale of
Clara to the Vale of Avoca is a splendid contrast to the
Vale of Avoca Tour. This walk is tour is mostly a
winding forested walk from Laragh to Avondale to The
Meeting of the Waters at Avoca.
Mr Dargan’s Victorian Cliff Walk
Our Victorian guide will bring you along the stunning
scenic coastal path from Bray to Greystones through the
eyes of William Dargan, railway engineer. Hear tales of
past residents like James Joyce and Oscar Wilde, the
smuggling, the toll charges, and shipwrecks.
Viking Town, Wicklow Gaol & Black Castle Walking
Trail
This guided town trail takes you through Wicklow Town -
a Viking Town to Black Castle at the cliff edge. You
will then be guided by a gaoler through the historic
Wicklow Gaol where many a United Irishment met his end
in the 18th and early 19th centuries.
Wonderful Wicklow Film Tour
