AVOCA

Avoca Main

Avoca - Avoca Village
Built on the banks of the Avoca River from where it used to draw it's power, you'll find a large Avoca store and cafe, and a working handweaving mill. The mill itself dates from 1723, and is said to be the oldest extant manufacturer in Ireland. Many of the throws, rugs and scarves you'll find in our stores are woven here at our family mill. Visitors are welcome to see the whole weaving process at first hand with a tour. Admission is free and it is a great opportunity to see a working mill and to view the finished product in the store afterwards.
Avoca - Kilmacanogue
Set in the grounds of the old Jameson (of whiskey fame) estate, surrounded by ancient trees and rolling gardens, the Avoca store at Kilmacanogue is one of Ireland's most rewarding shopping experiences. Just 30 minutes south from Dublin's city centre, there's something here for everyone: a shop which assails the senses, rich in colour, smell and texture, a veritable treasure trove. As in all our stores, Avoca sells it's own range of separates and co-ordinates for men, women and children. Throws, scarves, and handknit designer sweaters in chenille, cotton and fine wools like mohair and cashmere complete the Avoca Collection. Avoca Anthology, our leading edge designer fashion range is here too, with some items that are only available through our own shops. You'll find an exciting range of accessories and gifts including glass, leather, silk, pottery, ironwork and jewellery, much of which is exclusive to Avoca. Toys, books, homewares, aromatics, we can go on...
Avoca - Powerscourt
One of Ireland's leading retail experiences in one of Ireland's greatest houses looking down across one of Europe's great gardens, that's Avoca at Powerscourt House, Enniskerry, Co Wicklow. Carrying the full range of our Avoca favourites and an especially wide range of gifts for the visitor, there's fashion and kidswear, books and soft furnishings, jewellery and aromatics, pottery and homewares, and an award-winning cafe and foodhall. And plenty of Avoca surprises.
