NIGHT OF STARGAZING AND BBQ FUN IN ROUNDWOOD

Astronomy Ireland will be holding
Ireland’s biggest telescope party ‘Star-B-Q 2009’ in
Roundwood on 4th September 2010 from 7pm. It is set
to be a fun filled event for all and is a fantastic
evening out for all the family. Aimed at the general
public and all those who have ever wanted to peer
through a telescope it is a sensational party not to be
missed.
Guests come from all over Ireland and abroad for this
spectacular night out, people will literally be blown
away by the views in the night sky. The night is packed
with talks about astronomy and space, junior events and
finally when the sun sets, the telescopes are brought
out to gaze into vastness of space. The event is fully
catered and activities are organized to suit all ages.
