KNOCKAN STOCKAN BRINGS THREE DAYS OF MUSIC TO BLESSINGTON

A music festival with a difference is coming to the Blessington Lakes for three days this month on the 25th, 26th and 27th July. KnockanStockan brings musicians together to celebrate, showcase and share their music with likeminded people. It is an event organized to show the talents of many bands operating under the radar in Ireland.

This is the second year of the KnockanStockan festival, with almost 100 acts are lined up to perform on the festival’s four stages and there is also car parking, camping and transportation provided from the campsite to the venue.

Bands this year include New Secret Weapon, The Hot Sprockets, The Murder of Crows, James Guilmartin, Sarah Red, The Pratzkys, Kill City Defectors, The Mongrels and more.

This is a non-profit event, which aims to cut the cost of going to see live music for visitors to Co. Wicklow. Tickets are €50 for the three-day event and are available from the WAV ticket box office, Camden Row by calling 1890 200 078.
