Issued 25 March 2009
Pre-Shot Routine - Step by

Would need to be drilled 150 times to feel natural,
and be done in ideally 20-25 seconds
1. Look at the shot from behind the ball "Visualization
of the shot".
2. Set a target lane on the ground and imagine a 90
degree line,
3. Move yourself to that 90-degree line, and take place,
your body turned 1/4 open to your target line.
4. Hold the club with your left hand and move it back on
the 90-degree line.
5. Grip your club at that time, starting with your baby
finger of the left hand, and add pressure to the top of
the grip with the hand pad pressure point.
6. Swing the club forward to upright, in front of you.
7. Check your left wrist axis point.
8. Check club-face alignment
9. Place your right hand on the grip; small finger first
than apply right Hand pressure point.
10. (Top of your lifeline for your right hand connected
with the top inside of your left thumb).
11. By pushing down with your hands you now connect your
arms with your chest.
Small STEP DANCE To Set Your Self Up
Standing Tall.
12. Move your weight back on your left leg, behind your
right foot.
13. Move your right foot, on the 90 Degree line to the
proper distance from the ball. Stand on that leg and
bend down from your waist and let your arms and club
head unfold to place.
14. Bring your left feet forward, parallel to the target
line.
15. Move your right foot accordingly to keep the ball 1
ball off center left. (For most of Iron Shots).
16. Swing back, starting with your center core, HIT IT,
finish in balance, and… enjoy the HIT.
Call or mail Nicky Rombaldi for demonstration, and to go
over it “Step by step” together.
