WICKLOW ENTERPRISE CENTRE WINS TOURISM GOLF TROPHY!

Wicklow County Tourism’s annual Golf Classic took place in beautiful weather on Thursday, 24th September on Powerscourt Golf Club’s East Course. Twenty-one teams took to the course, each vying for the new crystal perpetual Wicklow Tourism Golf Classic Trophy.

The winners on the night were the Wicklow Enterprise Centre Team, made up of Gail Dunne, Eamonn Holland, Michael Mulvaney and Fergal Keogh. The competition was followed by a wonderful evening meal, which included prize-giving and a huge raffle with over thirty prizes won.

Wicklow County Tourism would like to thank everyone who took part in the fundraising event, as well as the sponsors and members who donated wonderful prizes. The funds raised in the event will be used to promote our beautiful county as a tourist destination over the next year.
