AUGHRIM BUSINESS ASSOCIATION HOLDS CALENDAR PHOTO COMPETITION!

Aughrim Business Association is holding a photography competition open to all amateur photographers over 18 years of age. This is an exciting opportunity for photographers to capture images of the award-winning village of Aughrim.

The event is kindly sponsored by Skoda and Aughrim Motors. The winner will receive €500.00 and a Perpetual Trophy, donated by the sponsors. The winning photograph, together with those of eleven runners-up, will feature in the 2011 Aughrim Business Association Calendar. Mementos will also be presented to each of the eleven runners- up.

Closing date for receipt of entries is 5.00 p.m. on Friday. 13th August, 2010. Special rates for visiting photographers are being offered by Kyrina B & B and Macreddin Rock B & B.
