ROSEMOUNT GARDEN

The garden at Rosemount is an informal
woodland garden on 1 hectare (2.5 acres). It contains
several exotic trees including specimens of Acer, Cornus,
Davidia, Embothrium, Eucryphia, Fitzroya and Metasequoia.
Throughout the spring and early summer the succession of
woodland bulbs is complimented by the flowering of
Camellias, Azaleas and Rhododendrons.
Directions: 4th house uphill from bus
terminus in Enniskerry.
Open: 2pm - 5.30pm on 12th May, 22nd May &
19th June. Groups by arrangement at other times.
Admission: €6 per person. Groups,
over 10 persons €5 per person
Facilities: No food (3 tea-shops in
village), toilet, sloping ground very difficult for
wheelchairs. No dogs, please
