Glenmalure Valley

Starting just south of Laragh, the Glenmalure Drive takes you through the longest valley in either Ireland or Britain. Formed thousands of years ago during the ice age by glaciers, this wild inhospitable valley features waterfalls, rivers, hiking trails, and amazing scenery.

	Glenmalure Valley & Waterfall Enjoy spectacular views along the valley and the Carawaystick Brook Waterfall. Shadowed by the mighty Lugnaquilla (927m) its inhospitable terrain provided safe haven for rebels like Fiach McHugh O’Byrne
